Great location for Mesa Verde. Restrooms and other facilities are good. They are very strict about the 10 pm lights out rule. At 1001 they came around to us and said we hade to move inside or just use the fire light. Otherwise great place to stay. We only stayed 1 night.

Level Gravel spots with plenty of room between spaces. Quiet! Nice folks running the place. Wifi is free and works super good @ 58mbps. Good deal a 40 bucks. Would come back.

We loved this park! We were tucked into the trees right next to our family who also camped there. Great location directly across from Mesa Verde National Park and convenient to the four corners and Durango as well. Great hosts! Very accommodating!Limited cell service and wifi.

Awesome Mesa Verde Locale
Outstanding gem at the Mesa Verde National Park exit - just turn the opposite way off the exit. Huge, gated dog park where your dog can run off leash with fresh water available for them. Every site has a view, most are pull through with ancient cedars and amazing junipers. Amazing rec cabin, 18-mini golf, 2 hot tubs, swimming pool, cabins, tent sites. The staff will deliver a fire pit with wood to your site for $5!!! There is a well-stacked store and immaculate bathrooms and spacious showers. There's even a vanity in the ladies room. The laundry machines are brand new. Make sure you add at least an extra day to your stay to take in the night stars and truly enjoy this park.
