All Around Great
Location, customer service (Chad, the cats & the owners), wi-fi and ambiance combine to make this an excellent campground. Convenient if traveling East or West on 50, easy driving distance to Bent’s Old Fort, Amache National Historic Site and the Sand Creek massacre all in the National Park system.

1st Colorado Stop
We were in spot 22. The park is absolutely ?wonderful. Quiet, clean ,great utilities. Laundry is wonderful. And I can't say enough about the owners. Derrick is great. We originally booked for 2 nights and upped to 4. Lots to see and do. Didn't use bath house.

So Nice
Staff is great. Level site, convenient facilities. Price is surprisingly low for quiet space, lovely views, clean park, plus it has cute decorations AND the lobby had two kitties, with one sleeping in a big bowi! Just charming!

OK For A Night
The sites were side by side in a gravel parking lot. Not ideal but for one night, it was ok. Quiet and nice staff. Seemed pricey for what it was.

Rambling Randy
. Very close to the highway. Gravel sites, very close together. Good overnight stop. Very well kept. Actually it's not bad. I'd come back sometime.

Hidden Gem
We stopped here overnight and couldn’t be happier. The park is clean and very well maintained. The entire area is covered with gravel so no muddy spots. The enclosed dog area was a great place for our 2 big dogs to be safely off leash. The owners are friendly and you can tell they take great pride in what they do. We will definitely stop here again.

Retired Army
We found this site as a halfway point between Sturgis and home in Texas. Was very surprised as how clean and quiet the campground is. Under new owners who are working on improving the site. Has large clubhouse, Co-ed shower, laundry and cabins as well as a large gazebo with stage and fire pit. Also there are local artist metal dinosaurs on a small rock platform.

We stayed for one night on our way back to Texas. What a wonderful surprise! Very clean level sites with a beautiful view of prairie land and sunset. Owners were super helpful too. I highly recommend this RV park.

All The Thumbs Way Up
Great spot to stop in our way through town. Quiet, well maintained and staff is the best we’ve encountered in all of our travels. RV/Trailer sites (perfectly level) with hookups as well as tent spaces and cabins. On site shower and restrooms well maintained as well as a laundry facility. Coffee and granola bars in the am, quail, rabbits and great view from our site. Will definitely return.

Nice Spacious Park
Nice clean campground. Owners Rick & Derek are very nice and are always available if you need anything. Sites are very level & spacious. Nice little dog park with AstroTurf, with a bench and table. Nice outdoor area in middle of park with a fire pit, picnic tables, pavilion and tables. Beautiful sunsets! Park is very well maintained.

Super stop. Very pleasant, helpful hosts. Level and clean sites. Nearby is a WW2 Japanese internment camp. Food for thought.

SOUTH EAST COLORADO
Park has recent improvements. Excellent internet, clean park, no cable tv. Friendly staff keeps a good eye on the place. $500 monthly. They have cabins but we didn't explore the cabins. Good sized shelter area would hold a group comfortably on a nice evening cookout. Best RV park in the Lamar area. Located near the fairgrounds, college, Tractor Supply and several places to eat. Rv sites are in pairs around the perimeter of the property.

Very Quaint
This little park is adorable! New owners as of Oct 2017 and the place is clean with friendly owners. No cable but that’s ok with us.
