Horrible For A KOA
See my Google review...too much to retype here. Wouldn't go back if they paid me. KOA...who's keeping an eye in this war zone campground?

Nice campground with good Pools. There were 30 million flies around us. I went to the bathroom, came back to my camper, and couldn’t find my door. It was so covered in flies. They are next-door to some kind of dump

Needs Work
Level gravel lots, nice bathrooms and showers. Two of four washers clean enough to use, the others had tar stuck inside tubs. One of two dryers working. The one that did work had the bottom section unlocked and it fell down and hit my leg, leaving a large bruise. I looked inside and found about six inches of lint buildup. Huge fire hazard, clearly not being cleaned and maintained as appropriate. This dryer did not have a lint filter that users clean after every load, only the bottom section that should have been locked back after management cleaned it—-only they did NOT clean it. No cable. Good wifi, a few over air channels. Much noise at night from nearby railroad. Would not stay here again.

Decent
Stayed here for one night traveling back home to Kansas. Checked in and given site. Come to find out, it was already taken. Walked back to office and was given another site. Decent place to walk dogs outside of property boundry. Also, decent space between you and your neighbor. Not a bad KOA. Would stay here again.

KOA is expensive, but they really try hard here. Free bottles of water on arrival, pizza delivery available complements of the park. The pool asks that you sign up for swim times, to prevent getting too close. Small park but friendly!

Kind of hard to believe that this place meets KOAs standards. With KOAs I've come to expect expensive, but well maintained. This place was full of gnats, mosquitoes, and ants. Pool was broken. Playground in rough shape. Grass overgrown. Ashtray full of cigarette butts on the picnic table.

Great Service, Super Friendly Host
Needed a last minute spot on a holiday Sunday and we got it. The owner was a very good host calling me back and welcoming us with a bottle of cold water on a very hot day. Spots are level, gravel, hook ups well maintained, nice tables and fire pits. Pull through avlb. The pool is small, but clean and inviting. A mini golf is also there. Great place to stop overnight or stay for a couple of days. 35'-50 amp full hook up ~ $55 on a holiday weekend.

Good Shopping Stop
This place has a walmart and dollar store next door so you can stock up. Sites are very close together and 2 sites share each utility post. The game room was locked up. Our site had a shade tree but many don't.

Same Rate/no Cable
Nice park right on hwy 50. Clean w/gravel roads. New addition will accommodate longer rigs. However, New addition has no cable yet. When I questioned why we had to pay same rate even though we had no cable, I was given the excuse that it was a new addition and wasn't finished yet. I told her it should be a lower rate until it was finished and she very glibly told me, no it's the same. I told her it wasn't right and she basically told me tough. Park has a nice pool and playground.
