NOT BIG RIG FRIENDLY

Beautiful park right on the Arkansas river. Unfortunately there is an old wood deck bridge to cross the river on one side that has a 26k load limit, and a railroad bridge with a 12' clearance on the other. If you're in a big coach you cant get to it.

Spectacular little clean, tidy, well groomed park, under the shade trees literally on the shore of the Arkansas River. Gravel roads (no dust) with level gravel pads and each has a concrete patio and picnic table. Full hookups and free WiFi. Across the river from Hwy 50 so there is no road noise, but it is easily accessible. Roadways are wide and easily navigable, even for our 55' of Class A with tow. A gem of a spot, for a restful night, or for several days of relaxing, with the views of surrounding mountains and the rush of the river lulling you into lots of naps. Would we return? In a heartbeat!
