Hidden Gem!

We have looked at this place for a few months and finally booked. Did not get a hook up site(water & elec only, dump station on site) but they have dry sites as well. $35 for hook ups, $25 dry, all sites have fire pits and tables. Lots of tent sites as well. First, lots of younger (teens and 20 somethings) working there. Not a big deal, most were competent enough and we had no issues. It really is kind of a “public pool” setting…. In the front. Next, the greenhouse is SPECTACULAR! Lots of thoughtful design, live plants from all over, good sized tubs, (could use more tables) but the FOOD! We didn’t pack much food as we wanted to just eat, drink, and soak as much as possible. The small plate menu was excellent, and the food was top notch in the greenhouse! We would come back just to eat there! The food up front from the main menu was very good as well! Not the greenhouse food, but plentiful, tasty, and reasonably priced! All from a friggin pool kitchen! 10/10 would stay again!

Peace Ruined By Piece Of Work

We stayed here for several days and then had to move because the office manager had reserved the same spot we were placed in when we were the only ones in the park. Too bad their office manager is incompetent otherwise this would be a great place. Beautiful scenery and quiet place to relax. Snotty 12 year old running the place ruined it for me.

Great Place

Stayed here in February and love it.came back after thanksgiving and one of our best place to stay the night.injoyed the swimming and did the adult pool this time and was great with no kids.

Clean & Neat

You could probably spend a lot of money here if you were of a mind to, what with the swimming, bar, &restaurant. But if camping is all you want, it's economical. Showers cost 50cents. Enjoy the ducks, frogs, &fish pond. Full hookup rv &nice tent sites.

Great Location

Great little spot. Enjoyed my stay. Very peaceful. Easy trip to Great Sand Dunes. Would certainly stay again. Responsible price.

Oasis With Good Services

Paid $30 per night to park 100 yards from hot spring pools. Close to attractions. Recommend
