Beautiful Setting

Nice campground in the trees. Tons of birds. You can put up feeders during the day and take them in at night. Nice laundry facilities. Good location. Some sites are a little more spacious than others. Pretty, quiet setting. Friendly staff and campers alike. Would stay here again.

The owners/operators were rude, unfriendly and basically real assholes......if you're an American my advice go any place but here. The guy has a serious chip on his shoulder......

I have been staying here for over year. This is a great park. The only negative I had the last year or so is the owner being very rude and pushy. A new owner took over in June and it is a awesome owner and an awesome park!

Yes 4 Stars

It hard to give a 5 star but our experience at tall Texan was very good. Staff were all very kind, as well as the owner. Lots of people who stay all summer but closed in winter so NO full timers. No problems with reservation and was even able to extend a day. Not perfect but we would definitely return.

Make Sure You Plan To Stay

Made reservations but had to change plans. Called to notify the park of our change of plans 24+ hours prior to my scheduled arrival. They charged my credit card for two days claiming we hadnt called them 72 hrs. in advance. Friends who were able to continue the trip said the site we were to be in was occupied the entire time they were there.

1st time ever that a rv park has asked for my credit card and have stayed in 7 so far this past 8 days then was told after I called back to cancel our hold within hours that I had been charged for services not rendered told him I was going to cancel payment was informed never to call back nor show up there . The only reason I call was told several yrs ago on how fantastic it was as a disabled veteran I was appalled at the treatment by this foreign man. So yes I will stay away and I hope more Americans do the same like we owe them to treat us like dirt never again American proud now and forever

If you are an American do not ever waste your time or money staying at this place. The park itself is okay but the owners are nothing but greedy rude arrogant foreigners. I stayed there some years ago and it was great never again!!!!!

Loved It!!

We stay in a lot of campgrounds and we loved this one. The bathrooms are clean and have hot showers. The owners are friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay!
