Free but loud

Plenty of other Rv’s were parked in the upper lot but it was extremely loud until about midnight.

Kind-of OK, Kind-of Typical

We had some difficulty finding anything level to park. There seemed to b several other rv, tt, types in the lot... felt fairly safe... some grass for dog walking around the edges. As some other reviews mentioned there was a loud street cleaner around the lot around midnight for about an hour. Is within 15 mins of Mesa Verde entrance visitor station. We seemed to b seeing some folks in the lot here who were clearly living out of their vehicles. As there aren't a lot of camping opportunities in the area we would stop again.

One Of The Better Walmarts

As others said, signs saying overnight parking allowed for 1 day. Park in the separate parking lot furthest from the store. Several other RVs and vans and cars, but still lots of room. Lot isn't very level but we managed close to the downhill area to get level enough to keep our refrigerator running. Some of the one way turn ins are rather tight, but the 2 way ones are wide enough for a bigger rig to make the turn. Very quiet. Stayed here the night before our reservation at Mesa Verde, just 11 miles down the road, so we could get in early for a good spot. Definitely a good stopover spot.

Good place to overnight. Signs posted allowing overnighting for 24 hrs. Stock up on supplies here to show your appreciation.

Great spot for a night. The sign says one night only, there are clearly people living there though.

Rv Parking Is Allowed

We have stayed here a few times over the years always a lot of rvs here there is a hole upper parking lot where rvs park

Felt Safe For Overnight

Decent Wal-Mart parking lot for an overnight stay. Many RVs, old and new, and well lit. I'd stay here again.

Good Spot.

Easy in. Lots of campers. Good area to stay overnite.

Called ahead, they welcomed us and ask us to park on the little parking lot on the north end. We stayed twice, on our way down and back to Albuquerque. There are a couple of what appears to be long term residence. That were there both times, over a week apart. One even has a chimney pipe running out of a window, which was smoking pretty good.

Great Location

Definitely has a small slope, but plenty of fellow RVers. Great Walmart in which to shop.

Easy In-N-Out

They want you to park farthest from the door in a separate lot. Not very level. Started off extremely quiet and enjoyable to be parked there until 4:30 on a Monday morning when they decided to vacuum the parking lot with a huge diesel vacuum that took about a half hour.

Lots Of Rvs, Campervans, And Semis

Many parked here overnight in the back of the lot. Felt safe, and this Walmart clearly allows it. It's a 24 hour Walmart, so that's nice as well.
