Not With Kids!!!
The park itself may be pretty nice but the owner is sooo very rude and mean! This may have kid friendly amenities but don’t be fooled...they are NOT kid friendly unless you plan on spending the whole time in your RV!!! Left early

Extremely Rude!
The owners are rude! Don’t waste your time, this place is creepy. If you don’t own a class A and stay in your camper the whole time you’re treated like trash.

Royal View, very clean
Stayed here about 5 days in Sept. '16 in a travel trailer. Plenty of room for all size rigs. Has tent area, cabins to rent, and pet walking area. Very well maintained campground, clean bathrooms and laundry room. I posted 2 photos above taken from hill overlooking campground. Nice sunsets along the hills in background.

View Of The Bridge
Nice people clean showers you do pay for because the water is trucked in. The sites are roomy enough and the views are beautiful.

Nice
Nice and clean. Huge property. Pool in nice when it's hot. Sites are level. The only things I didn't like were the speed bumps. Too many. Found the other entrance/exit and used that instead. The other thing I didn't like was the owner seemed a bit grumpy. Really went after a guest for speeding. He knows how to keep a clean rv park though. Looks like they are going to expand soon. Overall a good place to stay as long as you don't speed.

$40
Great Campground.
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed it a lot. We have a class A motorhome and the sites were shaded with mature trees on gravel. It has a lot of amenities such as refreshing pool, especially as the temps were in the 90's, a mini putt, horse shoes, running path over the 50 acre lot and great views of the Royal Gorge bridge. It also had a few nice cabins and tent camping sites in the trees that we noticed.
