Warning this place is terrible... My Girlfriend and i have a the displeasure of staying here for a week and a half whilst we had work done on our tow vehicle. From the on set the place is run down. Jr "Drunk non-people person" is the onsite manager...who seems to think this is a place for millionares to come and relax... Anything but ....old and nasty facilities which they threw a coat of paint during my stay..but it's filthy under and still looks terrible... We were the only ones here that were a short stay..everyone else lives here permanently....pretty much poor impoverished nice enough folks. Pretty much sec 8... There is a pond here definitely polluted... Warning do not let your pets drink the water...even water from facilities smells same as pond and water at sites same.they will have the drizzling shits. This will be the first place out 57 places across U.S. that I have nothing good to say about... I tried to play fetch with pup... Got bitch out by the drunk... Threw tarps over

Algae covered "lake"
Their "lake" is covered with algae, 1 paddle boat for use. Residents have really old RVs, and some are up on cinder blocks. 30 amp max, sewage, water. Pay for your own electricity. Spotty wifi (too slow, no streaming), dirt roads, uneven lots, blessed shade from mighty oaks, very small grassy area. Lucky to find a spot you can get satellite TV signal. Very quiet! All the images on the website are pictures from years ago. The grassy area shown is from nearby golf courses. If you are on a budget, consider it. But its 15 minutes outside of town, and run down. They do allow monthly residents.
