Long Term
Manager completely disconnected from the customer service. Monthly prices for long term is 1700 plus utilities.
Trash pilled up and security is at minimum.
Safe ? So they say . No way .
Parking my little car is a challenge due to many others trying to park.
What can I say :/ I guess the owner does not care for the business .
Moving on to other locations even if it’s a little bit farther to San Fran.
Hopefully the owner wakes up and start reading the reviews.

Don’t Bother Calling
Don’t bother calling she will never ever pick up the phone, reservation must be done through online even though there’s a $10 extra charge. So if you want to save the $10 just walk in don’t bother calling because she will never ever, EVER pick up the phone and hope there’s a space available.If you can Boondock next to Golden Gate Bridge safe beautiful view and it’s free and very close to the city..

Extremely difficult to get someone on the phone.
Clean place close to San Francisco.

Would Never Recommend
I would definitely suggest saving your sanity and staying anywhere other than Treasure Island RV park. The woman in the office, Gianna I believe, is the rudest, most condescending person I have ever dealt with while traveling. They must have made a change to management but it certainly isn’t an upgrade. We stayed at the RV park for 3 months and were beyond thrilled when our time here was done. It’s a shame that this RV park is run by such and incapable person because the location is convenient and the maintenance team was outstanding! I only wish that we had listened to the reviews before booking here.
