We stayed for two months and it is the perfect location to check out all the sites in the Bay Area. A lot of young families that make the place like a local neighborhood. Many are long term but are very friendly and everyone was professional. Great job by the maintenance group. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Good Amenities, Yet Beware Noisy
We paid for the deluxe site, were positioned in the front row and heard ample amount of traffic and train noise. We tried drowning it out by using our fan, but that wasnt loud enough. This alone reduced the value to me. Yes, the sites are concrete, level, and there is a nice pool. Yes golf is nearby and there is trail access. Yes the laundry was nice; however in my use one woman had 2 machines break while she used them due to old machines. (The facility called for maintenance and they were repaired quickly). Plenty of great things here, yet the high rate for the noise pollution is such a downer that I really was disappointed.

Week In San Jose
Stayed for a week. Really pretty park. Nice bathrooms. Small dog park. Watch out for coyotes at night!

Stayed For 4 Weeks
We stayed here for 4 weeks for meetings in Santa Clara. Although expensive, this is the only place in the area that is worth staying in. The fairgrounds are in a bad part of town and there aren't any other options. The owners were very nice and accommodated our needs. We have a baby and two dogs, and the area was great for them. The walking/riding trail is easy to get to and the sites are nice and level. We plan on staying here again.
There are limited monthly rates available so we had to pay the weekly rate. I think it's a zoning thing or something.

Clean, nicely ran, but not cheap. In this area you get what you pay for. This is the nicest park around, if you want nice you'll pay for it and it is worth it.

Upscale and newer park. We paid $60 per night and found Jerry and Greg very helpful. There is a nice bike/walk path to the rear
