Felt Relatively Safe

On February 13, 2026, I spent the night at the rest area. The parking lot was completely full of cars, so I was worried about safety and about homeless people possibly being around. But every time I looked outside during the night, I saw a police car parked in the rest area with officer present. That made me feel safe.

Overnight parking. A lot of homeless occupy the lot. Hi way noises are constant. Would rather park elsewhere. Few options nearby.

Rest Area

This rest area allows overnight parking. Restrooms are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. The parking lot can get full at times, a lot of people park by the road on the exit ramp.
