Camp Managers Need Replacement
A fairly nice campground. It had the feeling of being out in the woods but is only 5 minutes away from the downtown.
My complaint is the camp managers. I agree with comments below that they need to find another profession. After paying, I was told by the check in woman that here is the WIFI password, but WIFI probably won't work. When I asked about changing sites because of the lack of shade, sloping surface and distance from the camp amenities with my wife's mobility issues, they could have cared less. And pretty much gave the attitude that that was the way it was, so take it or leave it.
I suggest you look for other RV camps in the area.

Don’t Stay Here!
The lady at the front desk was really rude to us and the other guest when checking in. Once we checked in, our camp site was dirty and not cleaned from the last guest who stayed there. Our other family members who checked in had issues getting the site they requested for 50 amp for their rv. They were given a 30amp site, once connected the maintenance staff didn’t want them plugged in to a 30 amp, and that they needed to be in a 50 amp site. This place is not worth wasting your money on. I would rather stay in a rest stop then come back to this shit hole again. The front desk staff should consider changing their profession... customer service is not for them. After two hours in the campsite we found somewhere else to stay and left. This will be the last time I ever go to a KOA!

Worst KOA I have ever been to. Definitely not big rig friendly.
If it was a cheap no name I would be ok with it, but when you pay KOA prices you should get everything. Wifi was week, no cable.
But the worse part, I have a 43 ft rig that needs 50 amps. As soon as both ACs kicked in their fuse blew. I looked at my ems monitor and one leg on their box was only 104 vs 120. Told the grumpy site managers and was told nothing they could do.
KOA needs to pull their name off the RV site

Small but pleasant camp ground. Camp hosts were very friendly. Stayed one night. Everything worked as expected.

Nice and comfortable place. Very friendly staff. Easy to find and closest to Mount Shasta.
