Worst ran park I’ve come across, bathrooms dirty. Laundry room always dirty, they don’t pick up leaves or debris. Trash around the lake, chance gordon operation manager. Is very rude and unprofessional, they are not ADA accessible for gates coming into the park during high peak season. You have to wait 15 to 20 mins to get in if your a full timer. Made complaints to kelly lamb, in corporate office. Asked if I would email him the complaints about the managers. I did so, next day. I’m getting harassed that I’m gonna be asked to leave. If I make any more complaints, to me that’s a threat. And a retaliation, evict. And nothing was done about said complaints. And someone needs to call weights and measurements. As they are over charging for electric, when the fire hit in July. We were told to leave, when asked where do we go. Response from Rey was, don’t care not my problem. I think the owner needs to think who he has running his parks.

Just Awesome
My family and friends always been campaign here for the last 7 years not a single disappointment 3 years ago got better with the water park! The only thing they can do better is adding more boats for rent! Most of the time they are out!

Enjoyed My Time
1st time ever up RVing and at Lake Hemet. Surrounded by nice people, and workers were very helpful. Enjoyed the lake and the kids enjoyed the water park. I would definitely come back again. Only 2 things I frowned upon was the fact that when we were at the water park A) Workers were doing nothing about people throwing over their personal belongings to claim the shaded Tiki Hit areas. You would think one of the life guards skipping rocks before the park opened could have guarded it. B) When someone played music on the beach and the fuck come out of the speakers I believe that management should step in.

I Think I Will Be Coming Here Often
Beautiful lake and beautiful area. Some people will not like that there are many permanent residents here. Some don't keep their area very clean and others are immaculate. Just like a normal neighborhood. That being said we were surrounded by residents facing the lake and it was awesome. Great spot and very nice neighbors. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Park needs An Update
Sewer connection broken, no wifi and even worse no cell phone reception Now you would think, ok, time for family and you go to the sea for swimming but around the sea is swimming not allowed you need to use the 'waterpark' for 10 $ per day! Lots of drunks and you are in middle of nowhere!! Not again
