Decent Place to park.
We had a good time checking out the area and the price is less than other places. I was in a gravel lot with full hookups for $55 a night but other spots have grass or blacktop. We have stayed in other county fair spots and it's pretty consistent. I would stay again.

Super close to everything. We were out in town most of the daytime, only came back to sleep. Ray got us checked in promptly. I agree with many other reviewers, bring an extra sewer hose, water hose and an adequate power cord. The slope is difficult to get the rig level. We have a 31’ trailer and the hookups were along the fence line, had to nearly park up against it to make sure we could reach everything. Nice place, would stay again if I go back.

Close To Everything
Check in and out, very easy. Only 1 shower per restroom and could have used a little more cleaning. Very quiet, pet friendly, sites slope a bit so use risers or jacks to balance it out. All hook ups, military discount close to everything you want to do in Monterey. Loved the city. Other campers were very nice, helpful and kept to themselves. They keep horses on property but we didn’t see any, no pull-throughs. Have to keep vehicle in separate lot behind trailers.

It's A Good Deal
The hookups are at the very backend of the space, and the lot I was in was very dusty, but you can't beat the price. Also the water pressure is low, but I got around that by filling and using my holding tank

Pulling Your Car?
The car you're towing or the truck you're pulling with, has to be parked in a different lot
