This is one of our top 5 favorite RV sites. You get a great view and a double space if you book a premium site. It’s expensive but worth it!

Great Views!
Great views! Friendly staff, walk down to the beach. It’s a little pricy but worth the views! We stayed in #46 and v8.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. This is mentioned in other reviews. Views are great but it is Malibu and you can get them from anywhere.

Fire November 2017
We were looking forward to our visit. Due to the devastating fire we were unable, the park was closed. They refunded my money without a call from me. I look forward to a visit soon and admire they handled this awful event.

Good Park
Spaces are very very tight. View is amazing and an easy walk to the beach. Dog areas (2) are amazing with a nice walk along the cliffs with ocean views. Store/check in area is reasonably priced and has a little of everything. I would stay again off season when it's not so crowded and expensive $140. Showers, bathrooms and laundry clean and in good working order. Check in is 1pm sharp not a minute before. They'll make you drive around for 10 minutes and come back.

My Fav Spot
Best views, quiet, clean, friendly. It’s not the safest road to cross to the beach with kids but there’s a crosswalk nearby. The fish restaurant down the hill was excellent. Ginger ice cream sandwich was amazing.

Nice View, Tight Spaces
Stayed here two nights. Conveniently located with nice views from most spaces. Office staff not very personable. Beach across PCH Hwy. Not close enough to beach to hear waves over road noise. I would probably stay farther north next time.

Great Spot!
Beautiful views & right across from beach! The bathrooms are cleaned every day, with showers & laundry right there. Store has necessities if you forget a few. Our spot was great, but others seemed smaller. 33 & 34 seemed prime spots. Great hiking close, seafood restaurant was great!! Great family spot!!

Malibu Wonderland
View is amazing!!! Enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly, Security is tight, fellow campers happy. The restrooms have been recently remodeled, the best we’ve found in any RV park.

Ask For Itemized Receipt
Make sure they don't over charge you. Ask for itemized receipt. Service Dogs are NOT allowed. Mmm.. seems to be a ADA violation to me. Upper exit is cabled off during the day. Cannot evacuate safely if there is a fire as there was over the weekend. New staff is rude and threatening. They charged my card without permission for an extra vehicle. Overall its very expensive and not worth staying here. Head north to Ocean Mesa, still expensive but amenities are worth the extra expense. The cost here is not worth it.

Mountain View
Beautiful vistas of the Pacific and Santa Monica in the distance. Great dog walk area! Nice view from even the mountain view spots. Very expensive 75-100/night. Worth one night stay to see it

Very nice view over the oceaan....rv site are little to small...but overal a good rv park.
Playground for the kids was not so good....to small.
Wifi was good.
Staff was very nice.

Perfect Malibu Rv Spot
location location location! The staff was very helpful and friendly , the park was beautifully maintained, and the restrooms were perfectly clean. Great location for easy access to all the beaches on Highway one.

Nice place right across the street from the beach. Just make sure the site they assign you is big enough for your RV. I had to relocate and setup twice.

Awesome park with an awesome view. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property is well managed and very clean upon arrival. WiFi is awesome compared to many. The bathrooms are always clean. The laundry facility is very sufficient. I know many complain about the price, but you cannot get a room with this view for this amount. I will always stay here when passing through.
