Wonderful amenities, clean grounds, very friendly staff. The campsites are packed in pretty tight unless you have a red carpet site. The pool and shower facilities could use a good scrub but overall a wonderful family experience. The laundry facility was nice but pretty steep priced. I did 3 loads and it was 23 dollars. We would stay again. We went during off season I can only imagine how crammed it gets during peak. Oh and bring your own basketball or volley ball they're not provided or anywhere we could find on site to get.

Water Park Still Not Open June 2019
Water park is still not open but the daily cost has increased due to the water park. They notify you a couple days before you’re reservation date to let you know you’ll this when it’s to late to cancel without fees. No membership-discounts and the staff doesn’t care if your happy or not. This place is not worth the money to stay here. I can go on but I’m done giving any more of my time to this park.

This would be a good place to go if you have kids... we don't. Hoped to be closer to the water, that's not this place. The water is just over the levy, but good luck getting there. They are doing some nice improvements and they are very family focused. We had a nice spot at the back of the park away from the pool, etc, so it was quiet and clean. Staff is nice, helpful. Easy in and out, plenty of spots "out of season". They do charge a lot and for everything: had a friend stop by and we were charged $25.

Lots of construction installing all the new pools. Excited for the new stuff and will come back after it is all installed. We stayed for 10 days and we were out by the entrance in a back in spot. Quite far from the swimming pool and activities. Only complaints are they charge for every little thing(fire pit, some kids activities, crafts, laser tag, sheets if you stay in cabins, etc.) Also a couple times for activities that were supposed to have the bears attend they no showed. Couple of the local kids that live there full time came into our camp when they didn’t know we were home and tried taking our kids toys. Other than that safe and fun.

This place was a dump 5 years ago when we came. No control over out of control teenagers and outrageously expensive. They comped us a weekend due to our experience and due to work we had to cancel our weekend. They then wanted to charge us a cancelation fee in a comped weekend. This is no longer a KOA. It was bought out by Jelly stoneparks

Don't
This place is under new management. There is not much to do other than a swimming pool and a small playground for the kids. Basically it is a crap hole. Do not get lost in this hole! $75 a night. Oh yeah the Poopoo pond is next-door so when they stirred the water you have many flies and smell to deal with.

Great For Kids
Nice, quiet in December. Bathrooms clean. Staff friendly. This place must be busy in the summer. They had a great pool area for kids. Good playground and bounce pillow.

Stayed here one night on my way to the bay. When I was leaving in the morning, I started to drive to the back to see some of the other sites. The entire back area was 100% empty. A guy approached me in a golf cart and was insistent that I not drive further back but instead follow him so he could escort me to the exit. Guess you're not allowed to look around...
