Poor Service Bad Company Policies!

We were told we were applying for a spot. We were waiting on the approval and called to find out from another office manager that they gave our spot away and there was no communication from one office worker to the other. So instead of making arrangements or anything they call us right back and said our application was denied just now.. my husband is a disabled combat veteran who served for 12 years before he was injured.. Apparently the owner forgot one of the Army core values is integrity because this business has none! I had to pick a star because no star wasn’t an option. This place gets zero points for lack of good business practices!

Don't Cancel

Make sure your definitely going to make it to your reservation because if anything comes up and you can't make it then you're out of luck. I called to cancel a month in advance because I didn't get the days off from work for labor day and they said I couldn't get Any of my money back. No refunds for Holidays they said.

Hidden Gem!

This park is beautiful & the customer service has been great. Wide sites, long spaces (we need 75 feet), good reception with an antenna to watch some TV, very quiet & peaceful. We stayed end of Oct to early Nov. Good daily rate & you do pay your own electricity. It's a bit tight getting to the park in the public roads but not a problem once you are inside.

Basic fee was 60 no sewer hook up After we signed and the card was ran they asked how many. and more than two children costs extra so 5$ more per child after 2 and then we were informed that electricity costs extra as well so for us with 4 children 70 plus electricity and no sewer hook up???? The sites where nice and shaded and some had a small beach. So that part was good The service bad and not helpful, maybe a summer job person not the best choice for the front desk person.
