Clean, quiet, large sites. Many amenities, nice community, attentive staff.

Desert Weekend

We stayed here to attend the Indio Tamale Festival. This is a very nice park. Well maintained with two clean pools and spas. They have a large pickle ball court area and community room. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a gated park with many long term snowbirds. We enjoyed walking the park and talking with the other tenants.

Not Really A Resort.

Stop for a couple of days on our trip to the coast. This is not really a resort. The sites are not well maintained and the electric, water and sewer are at the back of the site. You need a 50’ water hose and more for the sewer. Sites are tight. No picnic tables or cable. Not worth the money. $60 at the end of May when the place is mostly empty. Will not return.

New managers do not have a clue.owner is just lip service. Too many rules. Will not be returning

$45 does not equate to one $ sign Park adviser fix you app!!!

Great Place

We stayed here over Thankgiving weekend. It was half-empty. All the grass was green and lush. The community area was beautiful and well maintained. All the outdoor furniture looked very new or well maitained. We loved it and would come back.

Mismarked Location INDIO is Not In LA

Correct the location on tge map. Indio is 100 miles or more from this location

There is no Indian Waters RV Resort in that area...

Beautiful park

Stayed for 3 nights Feb 2019. Beautifully maintained park. Lush and green at this time of year. Very clean bathroom/showers. Friendly people. Lots of activities. Lovely fire pit and patio area. Dog friendly. No complaints. One small suggestion: would have loved to be able to buy and mail postcards home without going off site.

Big And Clean

Stayed for stagecoach. Very large park. Pool area nice. Spots are average spaced. Assume this place is a snowbird destination. Not sure about rest of year, but it gets hot in Indio, so proba5less used during summer as the heat average is well over 100.

This is the first time we stayed at a winter destination park which was still in off season. This resort is under a major facelift. One of the pools and hot tub are being jack hammered. They were still installing tile in the club house. The gym was closed our entire stay. Half the washing machines and dryers were out of order. My frustration is that this was not communicated when the reservation was booked. Plus while we were there we were not told the pool/hot tub was going to be under construction nor when the only bath house was closed for a day for paint. Once all the work is done it will be a very nice resort.

This place was nothing like pictures on website. Debris and un mowed yellow grass. The park was 98% empty. Summer was like a ghost town here.

Peace and Quiet

Stayed here a couple of nights; very nice and quiet spot. Nice/clean facilities. Leveled sites and off leash dog park.
