Best In Hemet But That’s Not Saying Much
This is an oasis in a GHETTO !!! The park has nice clean level spaces though some are on the narrow side , great swimming, exercise and laundry facilities, at one time they had the best shuffle board courts in California! But let’s face it Hemet had at one time a lot of the best things in California!! Now all that’s left is a memory of the first retirement community of its kind Sierra dawn now a shell for low income residents that can’t afford to leave the state !and golden village palms rv park ! A throwback to when Hemet was the jewel of the retirement set! Be warned!!! Do not leave at night because of rampant crime and drugs that plague all of Florida ave ! And keep everything locked tightly because the tiny wall against the Home Depot will not keep the drugged up homeless away ! Sadly it’s not grandma an grandpas hemet anymore!!!

Great Place For A Night
This park has a lot of long term residents, but it is clean and friendly and we enjoyed our one-night stay. We booked via phone and arrived late. Everything worked out well. We would have enjoyed staying here longer.

Stayed Here
We came here to stay for awhile and were instantly discriminated against because the type of service dog I have. First they were NOT allowed by law to ask what my disability is and yet they did just that Second I gave them all the proper documentation that is required by law for me to give Third they were not allowed to ask if my service dog has had any special training and yet they asked this question anyways. I supplied all the documentation I needed too. Now my service dog is a pittbull and this is why i was treated so badly yet for the short amount of time I was there i saw to different campers who also had pitbulls and as I walked by I did not get a very friendly feeling about those dogs yet my dog is very friendly and almost never barks unlike these dogs who were barking like crazy. If I were you find a different resort it's not worth the amount of money you have to pay to be treated like an outcast.

This is a must stay. Beautiful park, great service and many amenities. Large sites and very well kept. A bit pricy, but we'll worth the money. Mail boxes for snowbirds, 24 hour guarded gate. Shopping across the street, internet is fast and free cable. Loved every minute of our stay here!
