Close To Yosemite
Terribly unlevel. We never could get level. 40’ motorhome. No dish service. No att service. Paid for park Wi-Fi. It was ok but for the cost of the park should not have to pay for Wi-Fi. Pros. Full hookups. And close to park which is what we came to see. Has 2 park turkeys. Very close together. Does have a park store. Ladies in office nice. Husband said bathroom clean. I don’t use them. That is why I have motorhome. Was a trail around park. Just make sure if you are going to stay here you have lots of pads and wood to try and get level.

Great Quiet Campground
This place was very quiet during the off season. The site was clean and I had power, water, sewer hook ups with a pull through. We will definitely stay here again. The cell service was very weak in this area, but that is no fault to the campground. The wifi service was strong enough for distance learning. The little cabins in the picture are rentable and they have a lot of different options for staying here for larger gatherings like a family reunion. The staff was very friendly. March seams like a great month to come here. We stayed 4 nights for 222.00 for a pull through premium site.

Worst Site ever
Sewer above grade with mounds of dirt around it. So narrow when we exited our trailer to a steep down hill to the next site ( very dangerous). Large rocks throughout the site and red dust everywhere. Asked if we could change sites they said the other empty sites were locked out. We were there for 6 days and were empty site the whole time.

No Reception
This is definitely camping! We had no AT&T service, no cable, no over the air channels, no direct TV signal. Our site was mostly dirt. Hookups were no convenient for our motorhome but other sites had different location of hookups. We had no place to sit out, it was dirt and on a slope. Coming 120 East was horrifying. Not many restaurant choices in Groveland but a nice market. Bring plenty of food if you have an extended stay and fill up, as gas and diesel prices are quite a bit higher. Staff were pleasant. Convenient to Yosemite. Quite. Several full timers.

Great campsite I would definitely be going back next time I’m up that way! The campsite I was in was sloped and grass needed a trim but other than that nice place to sleep.

Fabulous employees. Kind and ready to help. Roads need some work and gravel needed to level sites but I figure the season hasn’t begun yet. Clean facilities and basically a clean campground. My only concern is the winding, climbing road 120 to get up to Groveland. Scared the life out of me. Going down was much easier as we were close to mountain sides.

Nice And Quiet
Stayed 1 night Pros: sites are fairly level, mostly quiet, petting zoo, playground, clean, store in the office, deli, saw 2 deer walking through in the morning. Cons: Dirt sites with stickers, trees, but not for shade, picnic tables will give you splinters because they are not taken care of, lady in office will bunch you together with other campers even though there are many sites to choose from (she moved us with poor attitude when I complained) ask ahead to save yourself irtitation. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Meh
Works in a pinch. Our site was tough with our sewer clean out. Has wifi. Works sometimes. Not amazing.

Not impressed! had a pull through, if you like your picnic table next to your neighbors hookups , showers for short people and lots of dead or dying trees, this is the place for you. I will not be going back.
