Great Place (55+)
We stayed here by chance during their off season. Lovely place, well taken cared of. Nice pool area and spa. Their snack shack closes early (3pm). It is a sleepy place during off season. Nice and quiet. Great place and time to play golf. Nice and spacious dog park. Clean restrooms. Only negative is their cable was off.

You should at least open up for once a month to families. We all started as babies for goodness sake.

Traveling Worker
Nice CG. Everyone was friendly, and met some great people. Was there while I worked in the area for about six weeks in January. Well kept golf course. Highly recommended, and I will return

Had arranged to stay here for one month. Upon arrival we were informed that this was a 55plus resort. We had no idea of this upon booking and are travelling with our 13 year old. They told us it wouldn't be a problem with management and he was welcome in the facilities except for the bar but we may have some issues with other guests. We decided to reduce our stay to one week as this did make us feel uncomfortable. After walking around the property we noticed a horrible sewage odour as well as a lot of highway noise and aircraft noise, not a very peaceful spot. My son and I decided to head to the hot tub and soon after a staff member informed me my son was not welcome in the tub or the club house. I went to the front desk to discuss this and was told that those were the rules. We left the next morning. This is supposed to be a luxury resort but is far from it. The sites are gravel and mud. The grounds are poorly maintained and there is zero security

Don't Pass This One Up.
Wanted to find RV park no more than 5 hours out of Phoenix. Found this jem using this app. The pull-thrus are kind of pricy. But level and wide. Friendly people and staff here. Would definitely recommend this resort to friends.

Friday Night Fish Fry
Easy access off the Interstate. Well managed and clean but sites are tight and you get that "living on top of one another" feeling.
Challenging 9 hole golf coarse (play left).
As it is very close to the desert, when the wind is blowing, it's very dusty.
Great Friday Night Fish Fry.
