Stayed for a month in Jan 2018. Nice park with more green space and grassy areas than most. Good sized dog run...even equipped with wash tub and hose. Absolutely no AT&T service and the park wifi was very spotty although it wasn’t bad right at the clubhouse. Most spots are on the river but they are all rented to the long stays. One row back sounds good but you really wouldn’t even know that there was a river. The river front spaces were all so crowded with RV’s, vehicles, boats, ATVs and shade tents. It just had a cluttered, messy feel. If it happens to rain the second row sites become quick sand! Very soft and very messy. I also didn’t appreciate the power line running right over our rig. Birds settled on the line every morning and crapped across the roof. Not terrible but after a month a lot of these things got under my skin.
