The Sands has a new owner, SUN RV COMMUNITIES. It is currently undergoing a complete renovation new pool spas,meeting hall new gym, and all new air conditioning and roofs. We also have new card operated washers and dryers. Come see all of our new amenities..we also have the best Dog parks around one large, and two smaller for your pets enjoyment.
