Friendly Simple Park
I stayed one night while passing through. Friendly staff. The place was very clean and well maintained. I would come again.

Great little place for an overnight. Yes the planes and trains were heard but not bad. The Starbucks in the morning was walking distance and made me happy. Nice easy park friendly staff and visitors. I felt very safe and comfortable.

Beautiful
Beautifully kept campground with good sized sites, trees, green grass, roses and other flowers. Manager Greg works diligently to keep campground in good shape. There is nearby train track but trains pass quickly and weren't an issue for us.

Amazing Place
My husband and I stayed here for 4 days we wish we could have stayed longer but they are fully booked!! This park was the most beautiful place to be the owners take pride in there home and you can tell! We stayed in spot C! There is a train that randomly passes we didnt mind it at all! The bathrooms where very clean! We did our laundry which was 1.75 a load to wash and dry which is such an amazing deal!!! I absolutely love it here and I would recommend it to every person! I am gonna miss it thats for sure!

Train
Well we arrived last night about 7. The 2 host were still in the office. Nice cute little setup with there outdoor patio and plants. Good and helpful. Walked me to my spot. It is a little park. Lots of trees and some grass. Our 40x DP got in our space without a problem. Looks like alot of full timers here. But no problems. So the BIG drawback here is the damn train. It does go by several times in the night. The horn is ridiculous loud. Not sure why they have to pull the horn so much at 3 a.m. our family will come back as an emergency overnight night stay if needed but other than that the train was to much. So bring your earplugs, probably good idea. Other than that the hist were good and park is green and well kept.

Excellent
From South Texas, railroads everywhere, train is least of worry. Just a swift pass & toot go by. Reclusive, excellent staff, very accommodating and very affordable. Showers, bath & laundromat. Has been a very good Stop.

The camping has every thing you need. But there is a train track across the street. The train horn wakes you up at night and you rv shakes as it goes by.
