Great Family Camp Ground!

Super family friendly camp ground, hit the restaurant on Mother’s Day, happily surprised they had a full bar. We stayed in Squirrel (primitive are) and we loved it, was more spacious sites the the rest of the camp sites. Be bear aware, we saw a cub on departure day cross the road and head into the hills. Was pretty cool to see but a little scary with as many kids as we had with us.

Great Place

Lake Lopez was a lot of fun! There is hiking, water park, zip line, fishing, and more. We also saw lots of wildlife such as turkeys and deers. Price was reasonable and spots were decent sized. All in all it was a great place!

We have stayed here 2 years in a row for a family reunion. We stayed both times in the Blue Jay section. Great place to camp. Full hookups, Lake, boat rentals, water slide, zipline, horseshoe pits. Fun Fun Fun

LOVE Lopez lake! Squirrel campground is by far our favorite. Lots of hiking, horse trails lake activities and a playground. Even a water slide!!!!! Dog friendly Marina and nice little restaurant and bar. We saw lots of dear and wild turkeys. Overall great campsites!!!! Will definitely go back!
