As mentioned, the CG is near I40 and easy to find. A well maintained small CG. Sites are gravel, level but pretty close to each other. Wifi and cable TV worked fine. Owners are friendly and helpful. Stayed one night but would definitely stay again.

Fine Stopover

This was a fine overnight stay. Far enough away from I 40 to miss that noise. Narrow pull throughs if you’re staying longer. Lots of permanent residents but very neat & tidy. Didn’t use anything but electric. Slept well. Friendly staff. Good Sam discount / AARP accepted as well.

They give military discount. That reflects on this price. Very clean park. We stayed 3 nights . Laundry clean. Didn't use bathrooms. During covid so didn't do alot of saying "hi's". Recommend it for overnight or longer stays.

Friendly Owner...

All this place has going for it is that the owner is super friendly, which is why we stayed. Otherwise, there’s nothing to do, the showers are dirty, you’re on a noisy road with lights shinning into windows. Definitely would not recommend for families.

One Night Stopover

We stayed one night. The gentleman in the office was friendly and helpful. The campground is well kept and easy to find. You can get a cable box with lots of channels at no cost but we were only staying one night so we did not do this. The only thing we did not like was the water pressure. It was hard to keep the shower temp consistent as the pressure was so low. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Good for overnight mostly but they also have some that stay while working in the area. Located just off north side of I-40 on Hwy 7. Friendly folks!
