Surprise Upcharge At The End
Rented for a week during New Years. Off season rate of 120.00 or so I thought. Added additional 35.00 for 50 amp. Flyer says 120 for off-season rate. He confirmed rate at reservation. Restrooms closed for remodel. Lots of petty rules about radios, must of had problems in the past. Park in dire need of some sprucing up. Had to air rake my own spot because fire danger of the pine needles. Lots of dog poop.

In Need Of TLC
Stayed here Nov 2020. Sites are very roomy, especially under the pines-no sunlight so stay on opposite side if you want sun. Plenty of room. Highway noise was only noticable one night. Bathrooms were HORRENDOUS!!! This was still considered IN season so expected them to be clean. Mens side was locked and women's door was almost off hinges. 3 toilets and 2 were broken. Sinks were filthy. I swept and wiped them down myself in order to use. Apparently this is well known in town and been so for years. Good location so I might stay here again but would hope they update or clean bathroom by then.

Pretty nice campground. Sites are gravel. Ours pretty level. Setting up sewer lines noticed sewer stopped up in several sites. Reported to manager, problem solved in about 2.5 hours. Lots of rain for 3 days but park drained well. No cell, no wifi, plenty of relaxing.

All gravel sites down by Sylamore Creek. Nice view with large shade trees. Friendly staff. Great place to stay with short distance to Mountain View for some good old mountain music.
