Right On The River

I can’t believe no one has ever left a comment, but here goes. We needed a place to stop for a night traveling through and found this little gem on the side of the road. They only have one shower for the males and one shower for the females, but they were clean and nice. The back ends are a little scary but level when you see it you’ll know what I mean and they have spots right on the river that are in gravel spots. There’s a really nice restaurant across the river overlooking the area. The people were friendly the owner even shows you a spot before you pull in to the camp area from the office so you can decide which one you want or which one is available overall it was a very nice part for a night or a couple of days to relax and fish if it wasn’t for the slight hill coming in, I would give it a five star enjoy!

Nice Stay

It is a small parking lot, so if there are any cars or other campers you may not be so lucky. It is a parking lot with limited room so we weren’t able to put our slide out. It was quiet and off the road with few cars coming and going in the night. It felt safe and seemed to be a place where people to walk in the early mornings.

Overnight Parking

Overnight parking at the welcome center parking lot ok. Welcome center opens at 8:00am for restrooms. Pull through parking lot. BEAUTIFUL park and very friendly staff. Definitely go for a walk in the morning to see the park. Free coffee in the morning.
