Great Trails and Lots Of Ticks
This a great place to stay, under the circumstances it stays booked everyday since people can get out. Sites are fairly level in sections. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The only thing I can say about this park is the ticks are so bad this year in section A (1-14).

We stayed here in a 35 ft motor home. Sights are mostly level. Very quiet. Close to Hot Springs for shopping and fuel. Lots of things to see and do, must see Garvin Woodland Gardens, super nice. The lake is clean and nice, plenty of geese, ducks and deer. Trails are not to hard for seniors. Water fall is pretty. Price is a little bit high for a state park. 29$ with out of state senior discount. What is up Ark.

Great Hideaway Near Hot Springs NP
Super nice state park that is convenient to the national park but yet you feel far away with the beauty of this place. We stayed at Ouachita SP a couple years ago and this park is more intimate and much more shaded. We were in loop A, space 12 in a 40’ DP motorhome. Didn’t have any problems backing in and had tons of room for the tow vehicle. Will choose this park when we come to the Hot Springs area from now on.

Nice state park with full hook-ups. Large sites with nice shade and small fishing docks next to most sites. Incredible nice and helpful camp staff. The only downfall is the view of a large refinery across the lake, instead of nature.

4 Night Stay - Nov/Dec 2016
Had a awesome time here. Park is clean, beautiful camp sites with duel RV pad, tent pad and grill with table in our Campground C area. RV pads are long and mostly level with flat gravel common areas near fire pit. Park visitors center has a few items for sale but there is a community store just outside the State Park that sells small grocery items including firewood which runs about $5.90 a bundle. Park Rangers check area several times a day. We travel in a 5th wheel Open Range with three slide outs. Our site #58 had 50 amps/ sewer hookup, water. Had plenty of room and was next to the lake. Lots on lake side were very close to edge of lake bank. Geese and ducks all over including deer.
