Quiet & clean park. Sites are a little too close but OK. Staff escorts you to your site & helps direct you into your site.

We stayed here 3 nights, we had a pull through site #29. We were in the middle section. Be very careful on top, your picnic table is right next to neighbors sewer hose. There are premium sites that have nice private picnic area. The staff is FANTASTIC! You call just before you arrive and there is someone waiting for you to escort you to your site. Close to downtown and other adventures. Pool, very nice, bathhouse very clean laundry room nice($1.75 wash 25 minutes, $1.75 dryer 45 minutes, dryers looked new) There is also a trolley that picks you up; you pay on the trolley.

The staff here cannot be beat! Site escort service and set up if needed. Sites are gravel, level and long full hook ups. Very convenient to area attractions. Very popular with motorcycle enthusiasts, as is Arkansas. The trolley service stops here, and there is a covered wait area with benches. Dog walk area is not fenced but very very spacious. Water pressure was perfect! Good wi-fi.

Best place We've Ever Stayed
We're still here and it's against my rules to write a review of any place while I'm still there, but I'm so darn impressed that I can't help myself! First, we are in a "premium" site, so we have plenty of room, a private deck, and a gorgeous view. BUT, what we paid for a "premium" site is seriously what we've paid for average, normal sites at other places. We did not "break the bank" for it. But that's not even why I love this place so much. They LITERALLY have RV "room service." I call the office, "Do you guys have ice, wood, etc?" Them: "Yes, can we charge it to your card and bring it to you?" Me: <jaw dropped opened> "Yes!"
But, first, when we arrived, they escorted us to our site and then HELPED us get us get parked! How awesome is that?!? They stayed, made sure we had everything, and even loaned us a few things (water splitter, electric chord extension). Y'all, its first class, 100% for the price of a 3-star KOA!

We stayed here two nights. We were literally right across the street from the pool, which made my wife VERY happy. Very clean park with very nice staff.

Convenient for Eureka Springs, staff was very friendly and helpful, but don't think I'll stay here again. I saw reviews that commented on spaces being tight, but you are wedged in! Never experienced a camp ground this tight. I'll post a pic but literally about 6 feet between rigs on my awning side! Down town area of Eureka Springs is a day trip so skip this place and drive in from somewhere where you have enough room to put out a chair and a grill that's not literally right on top of your neighbors septic.

We had a nice stay for 3 nights. There are a variety of spots available. The owners upgraded us at no charge to the last pull thru spot at the end of the park. We were next to the 4 premium spots and were able to see an awesome sunset in the evening. Nice level spots. It’s all pea gravel with some grass. Plenty of spots to walk the dogs. Once we had our curbside checkin, the owner showed us to our spot and made sure we had everything we needed. Another employee came around on his cart several times making sure we didn’t experience any trouble. Close to downtown and lots of winding roads through the Ozarks. We would highly recommend.

Nice Amenities And Good Location
This is not a wooded park experience but it's a nice, well kept and friendly setup. For access to Passion Play trail system you can't beat it. All gravel and kept very neat. Staff was very helpful even guiding us to and in our spot. Spots do seem rather small so can't imagine how parking is managed during a busy season - we were allowed to use the spot next to us for our truck after unhitching as did almost everyone else. Very clean facilities with laundry and a pool.

Best place to stay near eureka spring AR. all gravel. Lots of shade, but of course this blocks sat to south sometimes. Restrooms are satisfactory, maybe a 7. At&T was strong, 2 to 3 bars. Very close sites. Stayed 2 nights, $42/night with good Sam.

We took a site very high price, $47 for one night plus you had to rent a fire pit for another $6. The insult came when we had a back home digging late into the night right behind or came. It was 8 pm when I called the desk, they didn’t answer. I think that for f$53 you should be able to expect heavy equipment doing campground maintenance to end at sundown.

Mountain Biking In EUREKA
Great campsite! Staff was super helpful when we arrived. They escorted us to our site and made sure we good. Gravel pad was level and hookup was easy. Wifi worked great. We used this as a base camp to ride mountain bikes for the weekend. Worked perfectly! We definitely be back.
