Unpaved toad suitable for RV leads to trailhead for Palm Canyon hike. Dry camping on either side of road within 100 ft of roadway (clearly marked). Campfire allowed but bring your own firewood. Mountains are stunning and you can hike anywhere. We heard coyotes on and off. Some cell phone reception. Nearest stores are in Quarzsite. Dump and water at RV Pitstop. Fresh goods at Roadrunner market. We will be back!
