Overpriced for virtually parking in a truck stop (it’s next door to a Loves) - they don’t honor their 3 day cancellation policy!!! That sucked !!

Great Pull Throughs But Noisy
Loves gas station and truck stop is across the street and it is noisy at night when your trying to sleep. Red dirt all over my trailer. They need to put down travel. But over all nice stay.

Stayed a full week and it was wonderful. They had great WiFi which made working remote easy and everyone was friendly. Truck stop next door but barely noticed it. Very close to Main Street and overall a great location.

Stayed several nights. Staff was extremely friendly and always offered assistance if needed. The cinders were fine. Just wipe your feet. Truck stop wasn't a noise problem. If you stay near mountains, trains and interstates run the same valleys, always some noise. If you want quiet, stay home. Very handy to William's and Route 66, very cool downtown, fun stores & lots of food. 1 hr from grand canyon . I'd come back any time !

Last Minute
Great last minute stop. Good price and we even got a 5 cent per gallon discount st the Chevron. There were a few other didcounts around the area but we didn't have time to use them. Would definitely stay again.

Ditto on the trailer trash. Only two washing machines for about 100 spaces

Stayed here for 4 nites. Quiet neighbors though could hear the trucks at next door Love’s station. Bathrooms could use some work, the laundry was free but limited machines with people waiting in line. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sites were level with plenty of length.

A Very Nice Rest Stop
We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was very professional and helpful. The park is well kept, bathrooms and showers clean. Enjoyed the stay

A Little Too Noisy
Friendly lady at counter. Large pull through. Didnt use the laundry or showers. Internet was good. Train, traffic and engines running at the Truck stop next door a bit annoying.Over priced at $42.00 a night.

Unsafe Trailer Trash
We arrived and the staff were friendly. The surrounding rigs and ambience is downright scary. People living in old, permanent RV,s-- some with their own make shift fences around their sites. One site had a full refrigerator right outside the door. The "tenants" are unfriendly and look at you like it's the twilight zone. Filthy children really are looking at around unsupervised and the showers cost $10(since transient truck stop people from across the street want yo use the shower as well. ) Absolute WORST part of the experience was waking up to no hasokije- ûû

Nice
Nice park. Pull through sites are larger than some of the other places we have stayed. The only drawback, was the cable wasn't working good. Hopefully they will have that fixes on our way back.

It was a pleasant place to stay. The WiFi was very weak, but OK. My only concern (since my wife has dust allergies), is the cinder driveways. The vehicles going by raised a bit (not a lot) of dust. The management was very pleasant and helpful.
