Cactus Country RV Park
Nice park. May 2022. Water was good. Cable tv was great. There is no shared wifi so you get access for three unique devices. Pool and hot tub were clean and in good order. Showers were clean and good sized. There is no grass anywhere. The shade trees are appreciated and the tenants are friendly. Quite a few snowbirds. That 55+ thing not so strict as best as i can tell. Summer office hours are 10-2 i think.

Decent But Overpriced
This is one of the most expensive parks in the area and for no good reason. The sites are all gravel and not completely level. The facilities are small. I also do not appreciate the outrageous price they charge to do laundry. After having stayed here I would not stay again. In addition, the lady who cleans the restrooms, does so everyday and spends atleast an hour sitting on a bench outside smoking meanwhile she keeps the restroom closed. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

This was probably 3/4 full-timers and is a 55+ facility. The pool was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Propane fill ups were available onsite. Sites were spaced fairly close together. This was close to Saguaro National Park and about 20 minutes from Tucson downtown. There was a train track nearby and we could hear it often....no train whistles....just the sound of the train so the tracks. It was easy access to I-10.

Nice site. $$$, called Cactus Country RV Park now. Train passes occasionally (however wasn’t a problem). Manager was very nice. 55 and over. 5 minutes from shopping center. Have a few permanent residence.

Now Called Cactus Country
Great place to stay! Even though they’re now 55+, they allowed us to stay for a short time until another parked opened up. Very friendly staff, pet friendly (pit bull friendly❤️) huge dog run, pool, nice amount of room between trailers, not much shade (it’s AZ so it’s expected), free cable, quiet, nice laundry facilities, close to Walmart and other grocery stores, and right off the interstate. Would love to stay again, but unable to because of the 55+

Wonderful Little Place
This place was bought and now named Cactus Country RV Resort. However if you click on Navigate it will still take you to the right location. WONDERFUL little place with friendly staff and clean grounds. They have a few tent spots that were neat and clean. Each spot came with a picnic table and a BBQ pit. The pool and spa were clean and the perfect place to cool off from the heat. Landscaping is gorgeous with plenty of rabbits running around. There was a trail just outside of the resort gate. Resort also has a public hall with restrooms, showers, and recreation center. In the rec room they have a TV, books, pool table and games. A/C is not the best but ok. But again everything was very clean. We fell in love with this place and would love to visit again!

Nice
We found this park really nice, the park itself is quiet and very clean. The down fall is if you are here when you are not running your ac, you can here trains and planes all night. We aren't used to that so if you are a light sleeper and you come in the cooler time of year bring eat plugs. Over all we really enjoyed this place and is 5 minutes from Walmart if you forget something like pillows. Like we did. Lol

Overnight Parking - so Simple
We pulled up at 10 pm. Office was already closed. There are numerous signs directing you what to do. There are envelopes by the door (labeled with campsite numbers). Inside the envelop you will find a campground map and wifi instructions. You put your payment in the envelop and drop it in the mail slot, then proceed to your camp site. That's it! So simple. Rest rooms are super clean. Showers and laundry are available. Wish we could have stayed to enjoy the pool, but we were in a rush.
