Run For Your Life.
Run down trailer park with a strip in the middle for unsuspecting travelers. My wife’s first reaction was, let’s get out of here. I was tired so decided to just try it. I commented to my older children at least the police would know the address since they probably frequent this location. Sure enough in the morning a sheriffs car was parked next to my trailer and he was talking to a young woman with two black eyes at one of the permanent trailers. The only redeeming quality of the park is the stream running through the property, super pretty. We found a spot at a nice park the next day so left even though we paid for two nights. Barely had enough power to get up the steep hill exiting the park. Wonder what happens to the ones that can’t make it, we may never know:) Do yourself a favor and pick another park or just keep going, not worth the risk.

Don’t Bother!
Basically a trailer park with a couple RV sites. Steep turn in that would be challenging had our rig been any bigger. Very loud with locals making all sorts of noise outside their trailer.

Airstream Owner
This place is not the caliber of what we are used to!! It is basically an old Mobil home park with just a few RV spots. The attendant on duty was very brief with us, just pointed to our spot. Absolutely no amenities! We love Sedona, but this place is not on par with lovely Sedona! Stay at the “other” park.

This place is bad. The pictures on the website are very old. Very steep incline in and out. Forfeited our two night stay and found some place else to stay.

We staid here last year and loved it! I am planing another trip this year! I like the corner lot next to the laundry room. The river/creek is so charming to walk along.

Trailer park with minimum spots for RV, right by the creek but not worth the money to stay there.

Beautiful area right in Sedona. Difficult to get in and out of...very steep incline. It’s right on the water, so a great spot to cool off. No bathrooms or showers, but there is a laundry facility. The owner and staff were very nice. Mostly for permanent residents with a handful of RV spots. We don’t recommend going if you are a longer trailer or inexperienced driver. We have a 35 foot and it was very tight.

Why would you even try to get down into that park? Terrible incline. Manager never even answered the phone.

Will Stay Again
We made last minute reservation over phone, Don owner was very nice. We stayed 5 days with a 32 foot 5th wheel. Management checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable. We arrived on a Friday night the weekend of the October feast, was a little noisy first night but all other nights were quite. This places has mostly permanent trailers that are rented nightly or monthly, many are people who live here permanently. Plenty of room between trailers but tight trying to get parked, doable but if you're not good at parking your trailer don't try here. If you are larger than 32 feet I wouldn't recommend it. Bring a smaller trailer it's worth it to stay here. Has the oak Creek creek 100 feet from trailers with a cement patio and tables overlooking it and stair access for going down to it. A little beach area and several areas to fish for trout. Permission was given to pan for gold if we wanted to. Gravel site was level, WiFi was great. Recommend highly. Thanks Oak Creek
