My "go to" park in Quartzsite now!
I've known about Shady Lane for years while boondocking in La Posa LTVA.. This time, traveling through, I needed a place with FHU so I could make repairs to my rig after a pounding it took in California. Stayed 3 nights, very quiet, professional, friendly staff of workampers. (I'm an RV park manager so know good service.) Didn't use amenities so can't comment on that but it was an easy in and out and lots of friendly snowbirds for neighbors. Will stay again when traveling through. I appreciate a well-run park!!

Here after the big tent came down but before price dropped to $19/night. I paid $35. Nice courteous staff.
Well worth $19/nite for full hookups. For $35/nite it's over-priced especially considering that they have pay showers and want $2.50/bag for trash after 1 bag/day. I suppose if I'd paid $19/nite I'd be aok with those things.

We came for a night and stayed for three weeks. We had several once in a lifetime guided tours and made friends for life what more could you ask for in a RV Park. We enjoy a large site near the dog walk area as you are required to walk your pet outside the park area for all pet duties. The rules make sense when you realize the lack of rain.

We stopped here for an overnighter on a Saturday evening. Shelly was very nice and helpful on the phone. The park was okay, but to be fair it was raining and wind was blowing really hard so didn't see much. Gravel lot with hookups. They are not dog friendly, extra fee, without any place to do their 'business', campers must take dog outside the park. (They evidently had past problem.) We were not given the bathroom code, didn't notice until 7am on Sunday and no one answered the phone or called back with the number so we left without showers.

This is a really nice, well maintained park with reasonable rates and service always with a smile. We came last year and enjoyed ourselves so much we came back this year. Large laundry room, Rec room with pool table and puzzles are always going, a movie popcorn night during the week and also a campfire for everyone to enjoy. During the holiday last year a large pot luck gathering dampened our missing home and the food was delicious. They took everyone out for day trips sightseeing and we especially enjoyed geode hunting. This year they will be doing tours and we are looking forward to it very much. There is a large laundry room / 6 washers and showers too. All the spaces are large and graveled and the dog park is just a short drive behind at the city park area. Just a great park with wonderful owners.
