Two Nights To See Sights
On our way home to CO wanted to see the Civil Rights historical sites. Easu to find. Convient to downtown. Plenty of open spots. COVID practices, courteous. No issues with water, but also warned us of high pressure.

We called and made a reservation not knowing much about the campground besides the reviews. Person on the phone was very friendly. Since we got in after hours our envelope was in their box on the porch. Great instructions, Very easy pull through sites, large wide spots to accommodate any size rig, large clean showers that were heated. Nice laundry room although we didn’t use it. Quiet park even though it is close to interstate. Of course it was New Years Eve so we were awakened several times during the night by fireworks in the nearby area. (Even at 4:00 am)
Will stop again if traveling this area in the future.
(Good Sam discount)

It’s a mud hole. Our 5th wheel sunk 8 inches on the site topped with gravel. When it rains stay away.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A good location for work or a short stay. Sites are level and hookups solid. Cable is in question and WiFi does not function past the main office. Grounds and sites suffer when it rains and roads are in continual repair as both are stone but you can’t fix the weather. Folks are pleasant and keep the facilities clean and stocked. I will stop again when in town.

Decent Place for a Stay
Good place for a large RV. Level, no trees or shade and good amenities. Rigs on all sides. The overall vibe is industrial feel, no landscaping and efficient. Not really a "park like" feel at all but had all the amenities.

Close In Park
The Woods is a lovely RV park right off s. Hwy 80. Close to the events in Montgomery. Sights are level, gravel pads with concrete patio. No wifi yet. Full hookups, all pull thru. Clean bath house, 100psi pressure, playground and shelter. They fill propane too. Very reasonable. $30.70 with GS discount. Have 30ft MH with towed.

Stayed there 1 night. They were having problems with their WiFi the day I was there. Loved it. Quiet, nice bathrooms and showers. Gave a Military discount. Level pull through lots. I’d definitely stay there again!

We stayed here 2 nights. February 6 and 7. I was able to dewinterized the fifth wheel and prep for Florida. Rained heavily. Caused a sewage smell. All sites are pull through. Construction Company is using this as a gravel and sand hold over so in the morning was loud with the triaxles slamming their tailgates. Stall was very friendly and helpful.

Nice park. Lots of things to do in the area. Plenty of places to eat if you want to dine out. Easy pull throughs available. I will use this park again. It's advisable to call ahead to make sure space is available.
