Convenient To Bike Trails & Beach

Nice place. Clean restrooms and laundry facilities. Bike trail crosses through the front driveway and makes its way into town and beyond to Gulf State Park and the beaches. Close to everything in town. We stayed the month of November and it was pretty quiet. Not a lot going on in the park. Pool isn’t heated.

Nice Place

Will have to say I didn't start out good when we rolled through the front entrance. There was a problem with our reservation ( as it turned out with at least 3 others) but they and we were able to get something worked out. Granted it wasn't the site we had reserved but it worked for us and them. ALL the staff were very friendly the campgrounds were immaculate and the staff works hard to keep it that way. The pool looked refreshing. They have at least 20 places to place your boat and a dedicated place to rinse your your boat off. Close to everything

Great Location In A Great Area

A great park. Well run. We had a very nice stay here. Quiet at night. Our site had a nice new concrete pad. Look to get in a shady spot at this campground if possible. Ride the ferry. Take dogs with you to public beach in dauphin island. That was cool and fun. Great bike riding here also.

Island Retreat

Close to the beach, this rv resort is in very high demand. The sites are very close together. Some sites are completely renovated with a full concrete pad and new picnic bench, others are a little more worn out. - shower facilities were very nice and very clean - the playground is very nice if you have little kids, one of the better playgrounds for an RV park - the pool seemed to also be in good condition and clean - staff was friendly - cable included, lots of channels - they have a lot of rules so look them over

We stayed a couple of nights. Well kept, easy access to everything. Would definitely stay again.

So Nice We Stayed Twice

We were only planning to stay one night but the staff was so great in helping us find a close beach to spend the day that we took their advice & stayed an extra night.

Very nice campground, concrete level sites, clean and we'll kept. Staff is extremely friendly. Only downside is the pool and beaches are closed due to the coronavirus going around. We will definitely make plans to come again.

Very Nice

We stayed for 11 days and cannot say a bad thing about it. People were great. Would stay here again. We are next year for another 10 days.

Just Ok

Nice people. Pretty nice place. Packed tight together. Level sites. No view of anything but the 6-12 campers right next to you. Close to most everything. WiFi is strong and fast. State Park is much better. Going back there next time.

Excellence!!

We stayed 3 nights. Not nearly enough, but had to leave to avoid a hurricane. We arrived late, went right to our site and set up. Parking was a breeze because the sites are all slanted just perfectly. The hookups are all very reliable, including the WIFI. The resort was well manicured, the sites were spacious enough with concrete pads and picnic tables. There is a beautiful pool and playground in the middle of the park. Close proximity to the beaches and the ferry. The trash receptacles were a ways away, but it was a great walk with the dog. Very pet friendly and plenty of space to walk them. We will be back!

Super!

We loved everything about the park. Most of all the owners and workers are fabulous. We sure will be staying here again and again. They would all your questions. The nicest group of people you could ever meet. Very quite park as well. Enjoyed it a lot.

Nice Spot

Stayed here for 5 days during Spring Break / Quiet location just minutes from the beach and major restaurants - Hook ups were reliable / spots were plenty big and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend this RV Park!!!

Very Nice!

We loved our visit here. Easy to back in with nice concrete slabs. Just 2.5 miles away from local beach. Beach parking $5.00 for 4 hours or 10 for the day. Would definitely come back.
