Over priced park

It's neither a resort or luxury. it's basically a lot with concrete pads and close to beach. No landscaping or shade. Lots of sand as soon as you step of pad. Won't stay again. Alot nicer spots further up the road.

November and $99.93 per night and I will not return. Wonder how much in prime time.

New Owners, And Prices Went Sky High!

This used to be a great place, but the prices have increased 75 percent in the past year. Nice place location-wise, but PRICEY now. Would not stay there anymore, especially since the snowbirds they usually stay there are now gone, also because of the stupid-high price increases. Big business has ruined this once-great rv park.

We spent out 31st Anniversary here. Very nice park. Very clean and really close to the beach. Walking distance, but we’re lazy, lol and drove out toad to the beach. Lots of shopping and eating all around. Planning on going back next year

Spring Vacation In Gulf Shores

We searched them all, Great Location walking district food, souvenirs, shopping and Beaches. Yes you will pay a little more but worth every penny. The staff very helpful and the maintenance guy was a very helpful. Paved roads and cement pads and very clean bathhouse could of have more shower stalls Very few pull throughs but the back water and marsh gives you protection from unwanted visitors. No waiting list but they take reservations a year out!

Great staff! Stayed a week 7 nights for price of 6. Great location, ride bike to beach 4 min. Walk 10-12 min. at most. Beautiful white soft sands with plenty of restaurants, bars, live music $ shops in easy walking distance. Met many wonderful People in this park and had nice time gathering together in the evenings. Park is very well maintained and has everything, we have definitely put this our list for next year for two weeks or a month in October. Just Passing Through

We’re glad we picked this park! Nice cement pads & clean hook-ups. Over 100 cable channels & strong WiFi. The pool looks wonderful, but we won’t have time to use it. Close to several restaurants & stores. The entrance sign is hard to spot, so we missed it & had to loop around. But the very nice office lady talked us in. We will return to this park the next time we’re in the area.

Quiet, friendly, walk to the beach, convenient to everything you'd need Clean restrooms,great staff, level contrete pads with picnic tables. Wonderful.

We had such a great time. Everything within walking distance. Such friendly people and staff. We will be back again. Just wish you could have fire's.

Nice And Quiet

Very nice park. Had a mostly shaded area on the canal. Two blocks from Gulf. Lots of shopping and close to Walmart. Pool looked nice. RV Park app said $36 but price was $46 with tax. Cement pads. Easy to maneuver in park. We camped with a 29 ft RV. Would return.

Great location! Within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Clean, quiet and friendly. Nice pool and laundry room. Will enjoy staying here again.
