Not A Destination RV Park

Did a drive thru and noticed lots of full-timers with very old and unkept campers. Scary looking place. Port-a-johns throughout the park, whatsup with that? Park is along side the highway, just below the bridge. Good luck trying to sleep if you like your windows open.
