Stayed the end of June 2023. We only needed water and 20 amp , so we were out in the back by the smaller rigs and tents. Gravel with unmowed grass. Nothing fancy, but worked, hot showers.

Nice Owner, Clean Facilities
Archie super nice and helpful. Washrooms and laundry dated but very clean. We were on side of big gravel lot, with no neighbors.

Convenient
It’s conveniently located. Restrooms are clean. As noted, spaces are tight. WiFi is 30 minutes free but cut me off after I tried to access Netflix for my child.

Extremely Tight
You truly can not walk between extended slides! Convenient location.

A gravel lot with full hook ups including cable TV. Good location in town within walking distance of most stores and Signpost Forrest. One hour of WiFi included with site.

Convenient & Friendly
Yes it is tight and yes it is a gravel lot but everything worked at the site and the bathhouse was clean with nice showers and lots of hot water. We thought the gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The on-site RV wash was a welcome site after traveling the dusty/muddy roads. You could walk to practically anywhere in town. Stopped going to and coming from Alaska and will stop again if in the area.

Here For The Money, Not For Service
Tightest rv park ever. There is a space of less than two inches between our open door and the coach next to us. Just as tight on the other side. Basically a large gravel parking lot with services. The title above, "here for the money, etc." is what the owner told me.
