Noisey neighbours

This was our second stay at Jordan River Campground. We selected a site and paid the fee. Noisey, drunk neighbours kept us awake until 3am. Not wishing to have another sleepless night we departed a day early and left them to spoil others visit. Seems it's common for people to just roll in without paying and disrupt others enjoyment. No one checking who pays and who doesn't. It spoiler an otherwise great place.
