Nice Place

This is a very nice place and has been recently updated. There are tenting sites, cabins, RV sites, showers, kids playground, internet, phone service, liquor store, and a really well stocked grocery store.

Nice Park

Nicely spaced RV spots and the owners are very nice. Nice store with many items. Will be back in the near future.

New Owners (Faith and Frank) took over in January 2017.We stayed one night on the way to Port Hardy.The park had been badly neglected in the past few years but great improvements were already quite obvious.The grocery store is now well stocked and the liqueur store part could put many others to shame.The largest improvement however is the new owners.We had a motor problem on our return trip but we luckily manage to limped back to their park.We stayed two more nights to get parts and finish repairs. Frank's help went way way beyond anything I ever experienced from a stranger.First he took the broken part off my motorhome so we could go to Campbell River to get the new part.The part had to come from further away possibly Nanaimo we had to make another trip the next day.When we finally had all the bits and pieces together we completed the repair.Franks contribution to this effort driving me for 320 km. And about six hours of his valuable time.I had to force 100$ in him for gas.Thank you.
