Traveling
Ok campsite. Gotta pay for showers. No knobs for hot/cold adjustment. Great camp for kids. However, owners of dogs let them bark incessantly. Didn’t seem like dog owners were cleaning up after their animals. Dog poop everywhere. Nice people at the front desk. Fortunately, for me I was only staying one night. Very loud and noisy. Course it was a beautiful weekend and park was packed.

Very Nice Campground
Stayed here for a night after crossing the boarder, pull thru sites are conveniently placed at the front for easy in and out. This place would be a kids paradise in the summer! Nice play ground, huge slide in the lake and tons of grass to run and play. Milk River is a super small town near by but had diesel and a couple restaurants. My only complaint was that there isn’t full hook up, we had to fill with water before going to our site and they only have 30amp (which seems to be the norm in Canada). Some sites must have full hook up because you can tell some people stay here all summer. I would call and ask, we only stayed a night so the situation didn’t bother us much but if we were there for a week it would have. Bathrooms and shower were clean but the showers are pay.

Awesome Family Campground. Safe, quiet, many activities for kids. We were only stopping through on our way to Banff but our son begged to stay longer! Plenty of shade, a cool breeze, and a great atmosphere all for $24 USD or 30 CAD

Hidden Gem
Found this park via this app. What a great find--off the beaten path. $30 CN We stayed on the "island" ended up staying an extra day--very relaxing place. We had a space that did not have 30 or 50 amp-- so no AC, but had a pleasant breeze. We noticed afterwards that some spaces had 30 amp, so be sure to ask for 30 amp. Fishing, kids playground , you can rent canoes or paddle boats. Staff was great! Would stay again!

Great family resort. Quiet and very safe for kids. The beach is clean and well maintained. Fishing for rainbow trout was fun. The staff at the office was polite and helpful. The town of Milk River is less than 10 minutes away. They have gas, a small grocery store, hardware store, pharmacy, liquor store and a sani dump station.
