Significant Infrastructure Issues
Wouldn’t recommend or return. 50 amp pull-thru was long and reasonably level with nice grass and patio. So why the poor rating? Nothing works. Water pressure was low; varying between 20 - 40 pounds, more often at the lower extreme. Voltages were constantly very high; 128 - 131 volts which is high enough to do significant damage to electrical equipment. Finally, WiFi unusable. Campground insisted that too much demand was the problem. But for the week I was here the system was not usable even though the campground was half empty and I was trying to use it well after midnight. Clearly hardware or bandwidth problems. The location is very good but the owners need to invest a little effort in their systems to justify staying here.

Day Trippers
Convenient location to visit family and friends in Calgary. Need some TLC. Has everything one needs. More full timers since last year which doesn’t bother us as long as they keep their areas tidy.

Location, Location, Location. We stayed here for 6 weeks then another month now, full services, wi-fi sucks, but friendly staff and Neighbor’s Reasonable Prices for Laundromat, some necessities at office store, but a little pricey. Only 6 mins to Calgary and major shopping at Sunridge Mall and Marlboro mall, Walmart, Superstore cinemas, Dinning etc Bamboo House Chinese Food is only place that delivered here, but only for $5.00, (Skip the dishes won’t deliver here) we got the Dinner for 2C, w/ Upsized Rice and Chow-main, plus extra Veg Rolls. mmmmmmmmmm dam good! Lol Had Movies delivered from Amazon Twice here, very helpful staff.

Great people
This place was a God send for me. Arrived in Canada, truck broke down. In the shop for 3 weeks. The people at this park were absolutely wonderful. They found me a spot for the night, and moved me to a site for undetermined time. They went out of their way to accommodate my wife and I. Is it a perfect park, nope never found one of those. A forgotten people. Some one that cares. Thank you to the staff for everything.

Repeat Visit
Came back due to the location (close to downtown Calgary) and friendly staff. Sites are long enough for my 40’ RV and toad. Sites could be a bit wider, but they are adequate for short stays. There is no dog run, but plenty of space to walk your pets.

Hyped
Crowded, unlevel sites, more concerned about the rules than upkeep.

Sites are a little tight for big rigs. Not clean at all. We had garbage all over our site, an old dog bed, rope tied to an old stump, dog shit... we paid for 30 amp but had to reset the breaker if we use the microwave and tv at the same time. Tried calling the office many times to extend our stay but no answer and no call back. Never going back

Average
Would just give this park an average rating. Nothing special. Level sites that are a tad bit tight. Nice place for a short stay. Management is very friendly. Try to get a spot away from the highway... noisy.

The lots were level and the grounds were clean. Management was polite. Close to the city. Small spaces. Absolutely no shade. Close to Hwy 1 so lots of noise. High price for 15 amp service. No dogs over 50 lbs so you get shrill barking ankle biters. Pay showers. For the price charged, the showers should be included.

Small sites wifi limited usage. Highway noise. They have peak times price which is approximately $10 more per night. I can almost touch neighbors RV from my door
